Conditions for Return

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• Return request must be initiated through WhatsApp/email with order details.
  
  

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used pepper sprays and other safety items due to hygiene and safety reasons.

• Items damaged due to customer misuse.
  
  

Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

• Refunds are issued via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.
  
  

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will arrange free replacement delivery at no extra cost.
